What does RankLadder handle?+

Anders answers from business information you approve, captures what customers need, and books appointments through supported calendars. Your team can pick up the conversation, manage the next step, and approve public review replies from the same inbox.
What happens after the trial?+
$4 for 7 days, then auto-renews on your selected monthly Starter ($99), Pro ($199), or Scale ($499) plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Will callers know they're talking to AI?+
Yes. RankLadder discloses that it's an AI assistant at the start of every call. It answers from the business information you approved, transfers according to your rules, and takes a message when a person should handle the answer.
What if it doesn't know the answer?+
It answers only from the business information you approve. If the answer isn't there, RankLadder takes a message and shows you the exact question in the app. Add the answer once and it can use it on future calls.
Is forwarding my number complicated?+
No. Copy your RankLadder number, configure forwarding with your phone provider, then call your own line and watch the transcript land. You keep your existing business number.
What happens when I run out of minutes?+
You see a live usage meter in the app and get alerts at 80% and 100%. Past the cap, RankLadder draws from a credit balance you bought on purpose, at the same rate on every plan, and pauses at zero. It never charges you for extra usage automatically. No surprise bills.
Can I turn it off?+
Yes. Your phone provider controls whether and when calls forward to RankLadder. Inside RankLadder, the only switch is AI answering: on means the AI answers calls that reach us; off means those calls go to RankLadder voicemail.
